Position Summary:
Assists in daily unit functions. Serves as reference person for staff, patient and family. Coordinates patient care with other departments.
- Plans nursing care.
- Performs management duties for units under their supervision.
- Initiates self-development mechanism for professional growth.
- Delivers direct patient care appropriate to the age of patient served.
- Assumes 24-hour responsibility for units when assigned activities.
Current licensure by the WV State Board of Nursing.
