Job Description: Seeking a passionate VirtualSpeech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Tennessee. As an integral member of our special education department, you will make a difference in the lives of students by providing essential speech and language services.

A Day in the Life as a Speech-Language Pathologist: In this role, you will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills. You will also collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement strategies for academic success and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Qualifications to be a Speech-Language Pathologist:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute preliminary call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual interview conducted directly with the school district.
• Offers are typically extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
