Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Penasco, NM. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with individuals of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support clients' overall development and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clients' progress and treatment sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state.
• Previous experience working with individuals with a variety of communication disorders and age groups preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
