Schools - Behavior Specialist

School-Based RBT Opportunityat a School in Oxnard, California!

ProCare Therapy, an education staffing organization working with schools nationwide, are currently looking for a determined and excited candidate for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)position located in Oxnard, CA. The position will be full-time and will run through the end of the 23/24 school year. We are looking for a candidate with experience in schools or clinical settings, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about working with and supporting children. • Full-Time Position

• Monday - Friday

• Location: Oxnard, CA

• Caseload Details: Med-High Intensity, Age Group Dependent on School Placement

• More Details Available Upon Interviewing!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Providing direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior.

Job Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification

• Experience with Severe Behavior Challenges

• School Experience Preferred but not Required
