Job Title: Mechanic - Chiller Specialist
Location: Glendale, KY
Compensation: $46.44 per hour
Schedule: 2pm to 12am

Mechanic Description:
We are seeking to hire a skilled Mechanic specializing in chillers to join our client's team in Glendale, KY. If you have at least 5 years of experience working with chillers in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
•Install, repair, and maintain various types of chillers, including centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers.
•Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller issues, implement effective solutions, and follow blueprints or engineering specifications.
•Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment.
•Conduct performance tests and adjustments to meet specified requirements.
•Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
•Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
•Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
•Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues professionally.

Mechanic Preferred Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Mechanical Journeymen’s License.
•Proven experience as a Chiller Mechanic or in a similar role.
•Strong knowledge of chiller systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
•Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
•Ability to effectively use hand and power tools.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•Alignment with company project safety program.
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
