School-Based Occupational Therapist Opening in Wiggins and Weldona, Colorado

ProCare Therapy has teamed up with a school district with OT needs in the Wiggins areathat is looking for an Occupational Therapist with schools experience to join their team for the upcomingschool year.This is a full time position and the OT will have supervision responsibilities for COTAs and will workwith K-12th grades and a wide range of disabilities.

The position does also require some travel and the chosen candidate will be working in schools located in Brush, Wiggins, and Weldona, CO. Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate.

Responsibilities:

• Complete OT evaluations
• Create IEP plans for students based on individual goals
• Provide direct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
• Monitor students' progress and update notes as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and give recommendations and trainings as needed to parents

Requirements:

• Master's Degree
• Active CO OT license, CDE
• Prior experience working in schools is preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
