Limbs Operator

Mathews Archery is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Limbs Department team. As a Limbs Department Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of high-quality archery limbs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all limbs meet our strict quality standards and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Limb Operator Key Responsibilities:

1. Limb Production: Manufacture archery limbs according to company specifications and quality standards.
2. Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished limbs to ensure they meet quality requirements.
3. Assembly: Handle limb components and packaging in proper order numbers.
4. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
5. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Limb Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly, particularly in the field of archery or related industries, is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to perform measurements and calculations accurately.
• Familiarity with machinery and tools used in manufacturing processes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
