Job Description: The Evening Staff Pharmacist will be integral in ensuring the delivery of safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services during the evening hours. This role involves dispensing medications, consulting with patients about the use of prescription and over-the-counter drugs, and providing advice on health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and dispense prescriptions with precision and in accordance with all legal, professional, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage with patients to optimize medication use and improve health outcomes, including advising on side effects, drug interactions, and proper medication storage.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate refill requests and medication changes as needed.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy files, ensuring confidentiality and privacy in all operations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and storing medications and supplies effectively.
• Stay informed about new medications, therapies, and changes in drug indications or contraindications.

Shift:

• Second Shift:4:00pm - 12:00am

Qualifications:

• OH Pharmacist License
• Background in high-volume or compounding pharmacy is a plus
