Job Description
Laboratory Supervisor
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to fill an opening at an Acute Care facility in Cape Coral, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for the Laboratory Supervisor:
- Responsible for the direct supervision of technical and support personnel within the section and is the primary technical and clinical resource for staff
- Provide effective communication, as it involves clear and concise interactions with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and patients, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment
- 2nd shift : 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Required Qualifications for Laboratory Supervisor:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- AAB, ASCP, AMT
- 3+ years of laboratory experience
- DPR Supervisor Lab License
- BLS certification from AHA
- Must be licensed in the State of Florida in
- Microbiology
- Serology
- Clinical Chemistry
- Hematology
- Immunohematology

- $31.15 - $42.04 an hour (increases based on experience)
