Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
• Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
• Support employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations as needed
• Assist with HR policy development and implementation
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Provide HR support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience (2-3 years) in HR generalist or related role
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
