2nd Shift Order Puller

Description:

Expeditor (order puller)

Entry level role that will be assisting the mail operators with product needed. Their primary function will be order pulling envelopes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Mail Operator has everything they need in sufficient quantities to run the job at the

time it is ready in production

• Gather all non-standard materials for jobs

• Responsible for limiting the quantity of product to as close as possible to the requirements to

reduce go-backs

• Ensure all leftover materials are accounted for and returned to the appropriate shelf locations

as needed once the job is complete

• Process and assist with inserting postage on Priority mail, First class, and Standard mail and on

Indicia envelopes. Postage should be posted according to proper size, weight, and other postal

requirements.

• Gather completed job tickets and deposit in the appropriate locations

• Meter mail from Bindery Department

• Count spoiled postage envelopes

• Assist in scanning small manual jobs to complete the job in our system

• Assist on trimming the tray tag tickets

• Inserts/envelopes are to be properly stocked to prevent warping and curling

• Report low inventory to Insert Team

• Work with Warehouse on restocking shelves with overstock

• Clear out cardboard from work areas to the appropriate bins, pallets, etc.

• Provide backup to Warehouse on supplying envelopes/USPS supplies

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to process, comprehend and follow detailed instructions
