Office Administration / HR Assistant Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Support human resources department with screening interviewing, orienting new employee's administering employee benefit programs
Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
Assists HR with day to day operations
Maintain employee files organize their employment paperwork
Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures

Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday - Friday
Office Administration / HR Assistant Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Office Administration /HR Assistant experience preferred
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Associates degree preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in an administrative, HR Assistant
Basic bookkeeping skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliability and discretion
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
