Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Fairfield, Ohio (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile compounded medications in a clean room environment adhering to USP 797 and USP 800 standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all compounding activities and patient prescriptions.
• Perform calculations required to adjust the strength, size, or volume of compounded medications.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper operation of the compounding area and equipment.
• Conduct routine sterility tests and maintain proper storage conditions for sterile compounds.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards and practices.

Shift:

• First Shift:8:00am - 4:00pm or 10:00am -6:00pm

Requirements:

• OH Pharmacy Technician License
• Sterile compounding experience is a must
