Seeking a night shift Production Supervisor for a growing company to oversee the production teams and ensure the quality of the end product. Apply today!


Production Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of similar work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of production supervisor experience required.
  • Window and Door manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work night shift: 5pm-3:30am.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the production team's productivity and ensure safety measures are being used.
  • Develop and coach the team.
  • Process Audits.
  • Ensure the quality of the end product.
  • Implement and Maintain Lean Manufacturing Principles.

Production Supervisor Benefits:
