- Purchase direct materials, capital equipment and MRO for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Analyze ERP data to determine optimal stock, inventory levels, and order quantities.
- Initiate timely purchasing transactions that achieve quality, scheduling, and other strategic goals and objectives.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve optimal costing and inventory levels.
- Maintain purchasing data in the ERP system.
- Continuously implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot improvement opportunities, recommend and implement short-term and long-term solutions.
