Operations Manager

At Truly Free, we are seeking an Operations Manager, responsible for implementing leadership and executing Company goals and objectives by working with all employees to maximize growth, increase efficiency, create a professional environment, and ensure that all employees work in a safe environment free from discrimination. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business
• Oversee control (Manufacturing and Shipping Departments).
• Communicating upcoming demands/forecasting for staffing.
• Coordinate with teams regarding inventory needs (Fishbowl Program or equivalent).
• Maintain the workforce load and time in conjunction with Human Resources.
• Manage leave requests & schedule calendars for the Operations Department.
• Manage recruiting talent in the Operations Department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
• Proven record of accomplishment of successful management experience in a similar size and scope organization.
• Proven experience and knowledge of manufacturing operations including but not limited to product formulation, sales, marketing, packaging, storage, and shipping.
• Strong people management and talent development skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience and offer constructive criticism when necessary.
