Electronic Technician

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with other team members receiving customer returns, diagnosis, repair and Mechanical Assembly. Aiming to turn customer repairs around in 7 days or less.
• Some work items will consist of repairs, while others will be production items such as installing Software, Mechanical Assembly, and Testing

Basic Qualifications:

• Systems level troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs
• Experience using Excel
• Ability to write repair synopsis and use quick base Software.
• Good communication skills and customer service/support experience
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer Configuration experience (loading/testing Software)
• Associate degree in Electronics is preferred but not required

A successful candidate in this position will be open to trianing, will ask a lot of questions, and follow engineering written proceedures. Patience will be key, but this person will have the chance to learn all of the product lines in the building including Mechanical Assembly, Testing and Repairing.
