Shipping Clerk

Shift: 1st shift only

As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play a vital role in processing orders accurately, coordinating shipments, and maintaining detailed records. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers.
• Verify shipping information for accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of shipments.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics training preferred.
• Previous shipping experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Minimum of 2 years shipping and receiving clerk experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for most of the 8-hour shift.
