Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and assisting them with any account related questions. Questions could pertain billing questions, payments, establishing service, power outages, etc.

Qualifications (Please read):

3+ years of call center experience

3+ years of inbound and/or outbound call experience

5+ years of general retail customer service experience

Some college (highly preferred)

Ability to operate a computer and navigate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm
