Top Caregiver Pay $12.50 to $15.00 / Hourly

This caregiver position will be focusing on our new client start ups. The position will require a very good set of skills, experience  and the ability to be flexible regarding  your daily tasks  and responsibilities.  Responsibilities will include  caregiving, office administration tasks, caregiver training, caregiver introductions and on call phone work. The position will be a full time position.  The position will be eligible for PTO benefits.

Responsibilities

Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
Help or remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
Help with mobility and transfers around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
Prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises.
Complete client’s shopping or accompanies them to successfully do so
Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
Help with toileting and incontinence care if necessary. 
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Provide skills and task development training to caregivers
Administrative office duties
Administer to Client caregiver introductions.
Provide on call caregiving coverage on a rotating schedule. 
Qualifications

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Physical capability to perform job-related duties
Valid driver’s license and your own insured automobile
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
Supportive and compassionate
High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
