As a Network Analyst, you will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining our client’s data center network infrastructure. The Network Analyst will play a critical role within this team in responding to incident tickets and supporting network transformation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to grow their career network technology within the energy and utilities sector.
*Responsibilities *
* Assist in supporting network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
* Implement security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of network data.
* Assist in the documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
* Help support data center-related network enterprise projects.
* Run scripts to automate various network administrative task.
*Qualification*
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
* Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and firewalls, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN
* Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
* Experience supporting and configuring routers and switches.
* Hands-on experience with configuring and managing routers and switches.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
