Immediate 1st Shift Temp-to-Hire Bilingual Office Assistant Job for a Law Firm in Storm Lake, IA!
Starting Pay: $19.00 /hour
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Office Duties:
- Answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments and greeting office visitors.
- Typing, 10-key, filing, scanning, proofreading documents and letters.
- Collecting and delivering forms and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses and court employees.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS office products
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Legal experience and/or “Filevine” exp. helpful, not required.
