We currently have an opening for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Pay: Up to $38.00/hr Depending on Experience, plus spiffs/bonus and benefits

Job Summary: To provide repair and maintenance services on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

• 3 + years experience as a residential or commercial service technician.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Pass background check & drug screen
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience repairing and replacement decisions - Should this be- Experience informing and aiding customers to make repair vs equipment replacement decisions?
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE certification or willingness to obtain preferred
• Demonstrate a willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Work from a 24' extension ladder and a 8' step ladder
• Ability to communicate the benefits of preventive maintenance
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills with the ability to communicate ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
