Legacy Heating & Cooling is an up-and-coming HVAC company providing commercial services to the Inland Northwest. We are looking for Commercial HVAC Retro Installers to join our great team in Hayden, ID.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $35.00/hr, depending on experience and credentials

Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high-quality and timely job performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background screening
  • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC Retro installation experience
  • Must have EPA Universal
  • Mech I
  • Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
  • Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps
  • Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
  • Ability to test and balance the HVAC system
  • Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
