Service Dispatcher

Pay: $19. 00/hr. - $22.00/hr. - Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm

Primary Job Function: Maintain customer database with current information. Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Assist in taking incoming customers calls and creating dispatch tickets as service calls are received. Process service invoices, timecards and warranty parts returns.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service
  • Prior dispatching, project management, schedule coordinating experience preferred
  • Experience in HVAC or similar trade preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy
  • Ability to manage a multiple line phone system.
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it!
