About the Role: As an Inside Loan Officer at CMS Mortgage, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, focusing primarily on inbound sales. You won't be chasing leads; instead, you'll be the linchpin in our operations, structuring deals, and ensuring our clients have a seamless experience. This role is reminiscent of a call center position but without the aggressive sales tactics. If you've previously worked in a refinance/retail lender setting, taking calls all day, and structuring deals, you'll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Sales: Handle incoming client inquiries, understand their needs, and structure deals accordingly.
  2. Database Mining: Dive deep into our database to identify potential deals and opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with Outside Loan Officers who cultivate relationships, ensuring a cohesive and efficient process.
  4. Client Interaction: Engage with clients, answer their queries, and ensure they have a positive experience from start to finish.
