YOUR LIFE AS A BOOKKEEPING CLERK

As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you play an important role in our electric company. You might not be out repairing or installing electrical systems, but you help paint a picture of how the company is doing financially. You come to work, eager to put your bookkeeping skills to good use in a variety of ways. Using QuickBooks and the other tools at your disposal, you help manage accounts payable and receivable. You reconcile cash and credit cards, perform job costing, and ensure that payroll is processed in a timely manner. As you do, you enjoy working with an enthusiastic team of go-getters. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
• 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
