POSITION SUMMARY

As a Trim Production Senior Associate, you will be responsible for performing production work on the Trim folder. You will be responsible for operating and cleaning your machine weekly to ensure it is operating at its very best.

OBJECTIVES

·        Ensure trim production aligns with Company goals

●       Review orders to ensure accurate trim production.

●       Take precise measurements for cutting and shaping.

●       Select the appropriate machine for a given task.

●       Plan proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.

●       Adjust machine as needed or individual trim profiles

●       Load and unload trim from machines, carts, and dollies

●       Check trim for quality assurance, remove damaged parts, and document defects.

●       Clean Trim Machine

●       Identify the need for and perform machine maintenance and minor repairs.

●       Maintain a safe and clean workstation.

●       Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

●       Operate forklift safely.

●       2 year of work experience

●       High Level attention to detail

●       Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical skills

●       Able to work well with others and listen to directions

●       The ability to align a team to company goals

●       Strong Problem-Solving Skills

●       Attentive and Active Listening Skills

●       Good Communication Skills

●       Makes Decisions in a Timely Manner

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

●       High School Diploma

●       2 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

●       Able to lift 50+ lbs

●       Stand for 7-10 hours a day

●       Operate a Forklift
