DESCRIPTION As a General Manager, you will be responsible for setting the tone for guest experience during each shift. You will be leading and working alongside like-minded individuals in a safe, energetic, and creative environment. Your job will involve developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction while managing daily operations of the restaurant. You will also ensure that all staff members are properly trained on food safety procedures while providing guidance on how to deliver excellent customer service. You must possess exceptional communication skills as well as have a proven track record of successful restaurant management experience in order to succeed in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction

Manage daily operations of the restaurant

Ensure that all staff members are properly trained on food safety procedures

Provide guidance on how to deliver excellent customer service

Lead and work alongside like-minded individuals in a safe, energetic, and creative environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years restaurant Management experience is necessary for the General Manager

The General Manager must possess exceptional communication skills

A desire to lead, coach and mentor is a must for the General Manager

The General Manager must have a passion for hospitality, and consistently delivering a great guest experience
