As a Front-of-House worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience. Key objectives include maintaining a clean and organized dining area, accurately taking and preparing orders, and providing friendly and efficient service, including alcohol service and training.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with menu selections
• Take and accurately process customer orders
• Prepare and serve food items in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
