Salary: $27.30 - $29.40 per hour (DOE) / Additional Differentials Must Qualify

School Based Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist I, II, III

One (1)/Full-Time/40hrs/Non-Exempt/$27.30 - $29.40 per hour (DOE)

Pay differentials offered - must qualify through testing or verification for the following special competencies.

Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish ($1.00 per hour)

Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)

 

Redwood Community Services is currently seeking a Mental Health Rehab Specialist (MHRS). Assists clients at Lucerne Elementary School District with meeting their behavioral health goal by providing one-on-one and group behavioral support services to students (and their families) as identified by Lucerne Elementary School District.

Classifications and Qualifications for MHRS: 

• MHRS I: Associate degree +6 years experience in the Mental Health field
• MHRS II: Bachelor's degree +4 years experience in the Mental Health field
• MHRS III: Master's degree +2 years experience in the Mental Health field

Must be able to provide written verification of education and experience upon hire. Prior experience of Experiential Learning, and group facilitation are preferred, not required. Bilingual preferred, not required.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.  

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI.  CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
