Restaurant General Manager
Up to $70k annually
Needed for one of the nation's fastest-growing QSR Restaurant Chains in the country

- Excellent Bonus opportunities up to 20% of the base salary
- Vacation Package: 1 week after 1 year 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years
- 5-day work week 2 days off per week

About the opportunity:
Very popular QSR restaurant with 30 total units in the Greater Detroit area including Fenton, MI, Livonia, Berkley and surrounding, rapidly growing company with excellent advancement opportunities including Partnerships
General Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for a single QSR restaurant
- Manage staff (schedule, assist in training, handle issues, etc.)
- Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
- Ensure store cleanliness and general upkeep, etc.
- Participate in sales programs
- Other tasks as needed to run a successful unit
- Strong understanding of local store marketing and community involvement
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have volume experience of at least $1.0 million or above
- You must have worked as a salaried Manager for at least 2 years
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must have full flexibility with your schedule.
- Good longevity in current and past positions.
- No more than 3-4 jobs in the last 10 years
