Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Representative. Our Sales Representatives work to close new inbound leads, and identify opportunities for additional services with existing clients.
Actual work experience in sales and experience in Lawn Care is desirable but not required. Lawn Doctor believes that employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will in turn help to grow our business - we will work with you and teach you as long as you are willing to learn and put forth the effort.
This position requires a strong work ethic; excellent phone conversation skills; and the ability to sell using a solution-oriented approach. Although, this is primarily a remote, work from home (WFH) position, the sales representative MAY have to do some driving - so, a valid driver's license, insurance, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record are required.

- This is a phone sales position - must be able to maintain call volume
- Interacting directly with new leads to convert into new Lawn Doctor Customers using a Speed to Lead approach
- Interacting with existing customers to add additional services to their program
- Outbound calling to both warm and cold leads IS EXPECTED
- Maintaining a focus on quality service for customers and potential customers
- Developing a knowledge of Lawn Doctor Services to answer questions customers or prospects may have.
- Developing and finding new leads
- Working with the Owner to developing marketing plans
- Base pay plus Commission and Bonuses
- Flexible work from home position
- Direct interaction with the owner and ability to quickly implement your ideas (as approved)
