We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as an Entry Level Social Media Assistant. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our online presence and engage with our audience across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting across platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, interacting with our audience and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Assist in the creation and optimization of social media profiles and pages
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new social media campaigns and initiatives
- Generate engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, to enhance our social media presence
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
