Agent Experience Representative - Insurance

DOES THAT DESCRIBE YOU...???

What you will be doing:

• Answer calls, email, and mail from Agents to ensure the best experience.
• Provide resolution to all inquiries by conducting research, resolving, and communicating in a timely manner.
• Document all correspondence including resolutions into the Agency Management System (AMS).
• Maintain records according to Agency standards, ensuring that procedures are properly followed, and that information is accurately documented.
• Meet or exceed specified QA guidelines to ensure Agent satisfaction.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

What you already have:

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

• High School diploma required.
• 1+ years' experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (Homeowners) required.
• 1+ years' experience in customer service or administrative office position required.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
• Ability to collaborate with internal departments to provide the best resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members in other departments.
• Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Desire to live Slide's Core Values.
