WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a part-time Behavior Technician - RBT Trainee, you benefit from flexible scheduling options, accommodating both daytime and afterschool shifts. Your role revolves around providing exceptional one-on-one therapy sessions to our clients in their homes. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PART-TIME BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - RBT TRAINEE?

• At least 1 year of experience working with children
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance
• The ability to work with clients of various ages, skill levels, and behaviors

Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with clients with special needs or disabilities, previous experience in ABA therapy, and a passion for driving change and supporting independent growth.
