QUALIFICATIONS

While experience would be great, it's not required for this entry-level position. You just need to meet these requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting 50 pounds, and standing for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to work in confined spaces, elevated heights, and in a variety of weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Willingness to cross-train and assist our agronomy department during the busy season

YOUR DAY

You normally work from Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with extended hours and weekend shifts during peak season.

As a Grain Production Worker, you're responsible for a wide range of tasks that contribute to smooth and seamless workdays. Whether you're working alone or with a team, you give every job your best effort. Your typical daily tasks revolve around receiving, handling, drying, blending, storing, and loading grain. You also help clean and maintain related equipment and facilities, keeping everything in great condition. No two days are the same!
