The General Manager position is to lead in all aspects of the restaurant operations and consist of 9-10 hours shifts during a varied 5-6 day work week which may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising employees in all areas of the restaurant during a shift
- Teaching and training OPS manual policies and execution of systems
- Perform all tasks and procedures to run a profitable and successful restaurant including
- Responsible for maintaining budgetary goals in sales, labor, food cost, cash control and accountability
- Initiate counseling, training and disciplinary action and problem solution with crew in accordance with company policies
- Interview, hire, train, evaluate and promote personnel

Requirements:
- High School or Equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
