Customer Service Representative - Wise Foods, Inc.

This is a remote position, but the candidate MUST reside in the Berwick, PA area. Hours for this role will be 7:30am EST to 4:00pm EST

Core competencies needed for this role include Customer Service and Attention to Detail,.

Responsibilities of this role include:

Process orders in JD Edwards for Direct and Wise Distributors.

• Process all Wise Brand order for North, South, and Direct distributors.
• Process and monitor all Private Label order.
• Process all exceptions to orders such as order changes and orders requested not within normal lead time.
• Communicate with distribution, distributors, and sale force to marry orders together for most logistic efficiencies.

Manage Wise Company Store, Mail Order, Donation, and sample request.

• Process all mail order via the web-store, creating pick-slips, shipping freight labels, and credit card transactions.
• Re-stock all salvageable items for employee purchase as well maintaining a supply of non-manufactured items such as shirt, jackets, mugs, hats, etc.

Assist Sale Force and Supply Chain Departments within Wise

• Support the sales force in various areas such as order adjustments, added trailers, rack request, questions on deliveries, order pattern information...etc.
• Communicate with all departments any necessary information pertaining to order changes or added trailer request.
• Assist in the rack display program.

MINIMALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES have the following required skills and experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• At least one (1) year experience in customer service
• At least one (1) year experience in sales.

IDEAL CANDIDATES also have the following skills and experiences:

• Associate's Degree or higher
• Microsoft Office expertise.
• At least three (3) year experience in customer service for at least a year.
• At least three (3) year experience in sales.
