Cashier - Receptionist

Outten Chevrolet of Hamburg is looking for a part-time cashier-receptionist with a positive attitude and excellent customer service experience. The candidate we are looking for must have the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and have receptionist and or cash handling experience. This is a part-time position that you will work 25 to 29 hours per week. You must be available to work days, evenings, every third Saturday and holidays. Any other hours as needed.

Daily Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Promptly answer incoming calls in a professional manner and directing them to the proper person in a timely manner.
• Receiving customer payments for vehicle sales, repairs or parts orders.
• Accurately filing and scanning dealership paperwork.
• Inputting new GM vehicles and customer information into the Automate System.
