This part-time Registered Behavior Technician - RBT position works Monday through Friday with the possibility of weekend hours.

YOUR DAY

As a Registered Behavior Technician - RBT, you receive comprehensive training and steadfast support from our supervising clinicians and leaders. Your schedule is tailored to meet client needs, offering flexible daytime and after-school opportunities, aligned with medical requirements.

At the heart of our approach is providing one-on-one learning experiences directly in the child's home. Your primary objective is to foster the development of proficient learners who excel in domestic and community settings, all under the expert guidance of a board-certified behavior analyst.

You are equipped with all the tools necessary for delivering exemplary client care. From a diverse range of materials and stimuli to facilitate skill acquisition, to advanced strategies for behavior modification and positive reinforcement, you are guaranteed to have the resources needed to maintain our high standards of service excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children ages 0-18 in a classroom OR a 1:1 setting
• Experience implementing the principles of applied behavior analysis
• Educational, speech, or allied health services experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• A willingness and ability to travel between different job sites
• Qualified and eager to conduct sessions in-home and/or school-based settings

Preferred Qualifications:

• RBT certification
• 40-hour ABA course certified
• Tricare certified
• 1+ years of experience in ABA, a childcare setting, teaching, special needs, and or other professional experience with children and/or children with disabilities
• 1+ years of experience as a paraprofessional
• Bachelor's in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field
