- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?

- 2+ years of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of professional teaching experience required.
- CDA or Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
