Job Description
Othello Care in Othello, WA is now hiring an experienced Director or Nursing (DON)! Come join our amazing team!
Pay Range: $120,000/Yr. DOE

What you will do:
- Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, supervision and evaluation of the nursing services provided in the center
- Ensures nursing department compliance with federal, state and local regulations and implementation of center core nursing programs
- Ensures maintenance of records and reports for resident care
- Ensures the orientation and training of all nursing services personnel
- Manages the nursing services department within budget
- Follows all center policies and procedures
Must have:
- Current state RN licensure without enforcement
- Previous DON experience of 3 years or more preferred

As required by state and local law, Othello Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Othello Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
