We are looking for a rockstar Banquet Manager to efficiently execute proper set up, service, and breakdown of assigned banquet functions and manage a great team.

The Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects and/or tasks to meet deadlines
• Monitor function during peak period to oversee production flow and presentation
• Responsible for enhancing the function ensure complete guest satisfaction
• Develop strong customer relations through frequent communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction
• Responsible for scheduling and payroll processing
• Manage banquet servers and work in a team environment

The Model Qualifications

• 2+ years Banquet experience
• 1+ year management experience
• Exceptional banquet operations skills
