Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a PRN (AS NEEDED) In Home Caregiver at Village Caregiving in Loretta, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical position that will require you to provide individualized care and support to seniors in their homes. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those you care for. Compensation & Benefits:

This is a part-time, hourly position with a pay range of $15 to $20 per hour, paid twice a month. We also offer flexible scheduling that can accommodate your availability. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team and receive ongoing training and development to enhance your skills as a caregiver.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care and support to seniors in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for seniors
• Ability to follow care plans and observe client's needs
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check

• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
