Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leader in the HVAC industry, has openings for Brake Press Operators at our facility in Madison , GA.

1st shift - Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

With production facilities in Ohio, Georgia and Mexico, we service our customers both nationwide and internationally by designing and manufacturing cutting-edge engineered products.

Scope and Responsibilities:

The Brake Press Operator performs repetitive work at a work station, fabricating metal or mechanical components/parts of an HVAC unit.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • operation and set-up of the specific piece of machinery he/she is operating
  • monitor and responsible for the overall quality of the work being performed
  • perform preventative maintenance on machines
  • ability to use hand or pneumatic power tools
  • performs activities in accordance with the procedures outlined in the work instructions and drawings
  • ability to read and understand drawings/blue prints, as well as read a tape measure and angles.
  • performs other duties as assigned.


The successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Previous manufacturing experience required.
  • Sheet metal experience is preferred.
