Chemsolv is based in Roanoke, Virginia and as part of the Integrity Partners Group, we are able to serve customers in 43 states. Role Description

Chemsolv is seeking a full-time and on-site Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Roanoke, VA. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for managing the daily accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, maintaining accurate records, and managing a team. The Manager will work closely with the Finance team, the Procurement team and external vendors to ensure that all company payments and financial obligations are met accurately and on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or another major accounting software
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions
  • Experience with month-end close and financial statements preparation
