Commercial HVAC Estimator Job Responsibilities
- Utilize your 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial HVAC systems to provide accurate cost assessments.
- Engage in retrofitting projects, ensuring the efficient and effective installation of HVAC systems in new tenant buildings.
- Collaborate with the team on installing new walls and other necessary structures for HVAC system integration.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed accurately.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC systems estimating, retrofitting, and the TI market.
- Previous experience in the HVAC trade as a service tech, installer, or sales rep is highly desirable.
- Clean driving record and clean work record are essential.
- Open and engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Determination to complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to receive training on software basics as needed.
