Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Woltz Hospice Home - DAY SHIFT

An Excellent Opportunity

Mountain Valley has an opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. This position will work as part of a clinical care team. The CNA is required to follow and document the Plan of Care under the guidance of an RN charge nurse.

Duties

  • Provide care for patients such as bathing, hair, mouth, and skin care following the patient care plan.

  • Recognize, report, and document changes in patient/client condition.

Schedule

  • 3 12-hour shifts

  • Day shift hours 7a – 7p

  • Every third weekend

Qualifications

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant License

  • BLS Certification

  • Valid Driver’s License
