NOW HIRING ORDER PICKERS/MACHINE OPERATORS

Location: Monroe, NJ

Order Pickers with machine experience- Reach Truck, Swing Reach, Cherry Picker, all wire guided. Selecting cases and full pallet pick.

Sign on Bonus = $750.00+

Bonus is paid out as follows:

After 30 working days, the first half is paid =$375.00

Additional $375.00 to be paid after 60 working days for a total of $750.00.

Full Time

Shift Times Available 

Hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PM 

            6 AM - 2:30 PM

            8AM - 4:30 PM

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $16-$17 per hour

Pay based on experience and work ethic.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Driver to operate a Forklift at varying heights.
• The MHE DRIVER is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of a motorized lift vehicle to pull products based on customer orders.
• The operator must follow all company safety policies, including the daily wear of fall safety harness and any other protective gear as assigned.
• Daily responsibilities include pulling orders using RF devices within the Manhattan WMS system.
• Staging products, preparing orders for shipment along with other duties as assigned.
• Make sure the quality and quantity of their orders are within customer service expectations and maintain productivity expectations.
• Previous RF experience Preferred.
